Our facility is located at 25626 Dunlap Road, easily accessible from Highways 24, 27 and 52.
How far are you from downtown Albemarle?
Not far at all! Stony Gap Storage is just over 5 miles from downtown Albemarle via W Main St and NC-24 E/NC-27 W/NC-73 W. That’s only a 10-minute drive.

Firstly, our facility is fully fenced with access only possible through our gate. Once inside, you’ll notice the latest surveillance cameras installed throughout our well-lit grounds.

Access your unit at Stony Gap Storage daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
What does drive-up access mean?
Unlike other cramped storage facilities, Stony Gap Storage features wide aisles so you can drive your vehicle right up to your storage unit. That way, you can unload straight inside your unit rather than carrying your boxes and items from the parking lot.
Do you have vehicle storage and parking?
That’s right. We have both indoor and outdoor parking for your vehicle of choice, whether it’s a second car, RV, boat or other rides. Please get in touch with our team to discuss your needs and we’ll talk you through our options.

Our facility is easily accessible from Morrow Mountain, Lake Tillery, Uwharrie National Forest, Badin Lake, Pfeiffer College, Stanly County Fairgrounds and East Albemarle Volunteer Fire Station. There’s plenty to do in the area when you’re finished at your storage unit!
